In from out of state, my husband had a tight muscle in his lower back. He got right in as a walk in. Massage was ok, he’s used to more of a deep tissue. When paying the bill, the therapist insisted on a higher tip despite the tip being sufficient for the services. The massage therapist then started to speak in Chinese under her breath and walked away. We always tip at least 15% even if service is subpar. Rather insulting.

When I called to make my appointment my phone call was ignored. I was texted then about making an appointment. I show up to my scheduled time and they had forgotten to write the appointment down and were busy with other clients. I was told to come back in 40 minutes. When I came back I was put in a room and was laying on the table for 15 minutes before anyone came into the room. During the massage her phone kept going off and any time the door would open she would rush out to the lobby to greet the people. For half of the massage the door to the room was open leaving me exposed to the hallway if anyone were to walk by. When I was leaving the lady was insistent on a tip even though it was clearly stated on my gift certificate that a tip was already paid and the amount that was given.

I got a massage here and instead of the normal massage sheets for draping they had a plush throw blanket in the room. There was no draping the lady just pulled the blanked completely off of me and left my entire body exposed. Also answered the phone during my massage. The massage itself was not very good, lacking in technique. At the end she grabbed my clothes said all finished and plopped them on my stomach. better places to go in town.
