I go to Apple nails a few times per year to get my nails done. Hands down they do the best pedicures in the area. The technicians really take their time and provide a relaxing experience. I never feel rushed. They use completely new kits on each person. The salon atmosphere is serene.

One of the most terrible experiences I have ever had. The managing technician is absolutely awful. My mother and I (African Americans) were made to wait for several reasons, including that a man who came after us had an ingrown toenail. Then when my mother was finally taken, I was yelled at for wanting to sit with her and told I had to wait in the front. When I did sit in an empty chair next to her that no one was using. She came to us, said I had to get up because now she has to sanitize the chair and she proceeded to yell at us about following the rules. I left and the chair remained empty the duration of the time my mother finished her nails.

A bloody mess ending in tears and walking out. I was getting a manicure today and requested that she keep the length of my natural nails but super thin on the sides. The lady was ridiculously rough with my hands causing them to bleed in several areas of her filing. After she rubbed it with alcohol she kept on filing SUPER hard. After she finished a finger the pain was unbearable and I took several steps away from the desk and bust into tears from the pain. The owner was informed and didn’t do anything but get mad at the lady. At that point I walked out and just had enough completely

This nail place is a teeny-bit pricy than others around area but (a BIG BUT), their nail technicians take very good care of your nails (fingers and toes) and treat you like a queen, very caring on your needs and do a very good job with your feet issues (hang nail, rough skin, massage). Customer service is great. Kind people with excellent skills in short. Never an ouch or rough moment and they do not let you wait.

Critical: ProfessionalismJust had a manicure done. It was my first time at this nail salon, will not recommend or ever go back! The whole process seemed rushed, seemed like they were not that happy I didn’t get a gel manicure. After they were done with my nails, they sat me in another seat to wait on my nails to get dried as I was sitting there, I’d started speaking to a lady that was next to me about a fast drying top coat and as I was showing the top coat that was mine they immediately told me that my nails were dried and that I could go. Ofcourse my nails were not dried and I told them so! I kept talking to the lady next to me about the uncomfortable situation in Spanish at which point they told me my nails were dried, they weren’t, but I was so upset that I walk out. Ofcourse one of my nails got ruined as soon as I’d opened up my car’s door! I, under good faith can not recommend this nail salon to anyone! Lack of professionalism, rushed process and not to mention they will kick you out if you dare speak about other alternatives to gel manicure! Apple nail salon never again!! The whole process seemed rushed, seemed like they were not that happy I didn’t get a gel manicure. This salon does not deserve a star at all. The lady in the front desk is a terrible person. She calls her self the manager. You guys will never see me there again and I will make sure I discourage the people I referred to your salon. Very control freak and bossy.

got a full set (instead of a fill because they said I needed it) done on a Sunday, by Saturday 7 of them were lifting. got them fixed Monday, by Wednesday a nail already broke in half. I’ve worn nails…much longer than my nails now…and never had this problem….my fill before this set also had 2 broken nails. so don’t come here unless you want to keep coming back every few days

You call and ask when you can come in and they say in one hour and when you show up after an hour, they tell you to wait another hour and take people that came after you before you! Very unprofessional Manicure
