She was really thorough cleaning up my feet (I am barefoot around the house almost constantly so they needed it) and the exfoliating scrub, lotion, and hot stones massages were incredible. I kept yawning from being so relaxed! After my feet were cleaned up and pretty she did another pretty dip powder manicure with some hand designs. I love my Christmas nails and will be back in a few weeks for something new. This is my second visit to Apple Nails and both times Annie has been great! Today I did the classic spa pedicure and it was incredible. She was really thorough cleaning up my feet (I am barefoot around the house almost constantly so they needed it) and the exfoliating scrub, lotion, and hot stones massages were incredible. This is by far the best nail salon I have been to since moving from California. The first couple of times I went they were amazing, today I went and got my nails and toes done! 10/10 !! The service is always consistently great! I had services done by Emily & Eleven. They were so nice, everyone in the shop just try’s their best to make you comfortable ! :))

I have been going to this Nail salon for a couple years now. They renovated a bit since last year. Salon is always clean, the manager/owner is a really nice man. All the nail techs are nice! Make me laugh! My pedicures are always so good! Bottom of my left foot used to be the worst they got my feet soft and looking cute always! Although Apple Nails I do suggest adjusting pricing for rhinestones. I got ONE SINGLE STONE on each finger. I feel like $15 is too much I’ll even settle for $10 because it was literally one stone. And if people want more stones then charge 15 or more depending on how many stones they get ya know. I’m a regular I’ve spent hundreds, honestly reaching thousands. Every single visit I spend no less than $130 . That’s not cheap. but they are worth it! I like my feet and nails touched only by the best! And Apple you all are top notch in Cherry Hill. They take their time, and use quality oils, wax, & polish and very clean.

I used to go here so frequently, but after my experience today I will never be going back. I was asked to pay before any service was provided “so my nails wouldnt get messed up” though that didn’t seem to bother them about all the white women getting their nails done. I was injured by the nail drill, and my nails weren’t the right shape (I asked for almond and was given coffin.) I have never EVER left a service without a tip, but today I was angry I paid for it at all. $40 for chipped nails and bad service.

So I’ve given a review before on Apple nails and somehow it was removed! I’ve had a few bad experiences there but I keep giving them another chance and go to different people but it seems I just can’t catch a break. They are over priced and have raised their prices again. I had a gel refill and it was $35 and a polish change on my feet and it was $20. It’s not terrible prices but it is when you’re not satisfied with your service and have repeatedly asked not to be placed with certain techs! I complained to the owner/manager and he said nor did nothin. I pointed out my issues with my nails and he just painted them and acted as tho I said nothing about not being satisfied. My nails are not even they’re lumpy and crooked. I paid for my service they said happy birthday and I left, AND WILL NOT RETURN!! The pictures don’t do it justice but you can see the uneven ones.
