I had only been here once before and was serviced by a gentlemen. I returned today for a manicure and pedicure and I am very disappointed. The gentlemen “Q” who did my pedicure was great, but not the manicurist “Misu”. She seemed to be rushing and did a very sloppy job. Cut me 3 times, cut my nails despite me telling her I wanted to leave them as long as possible. She didn’t even paint the edges of my nails. She not once asked me to get up to wash my hands so just continued to work on me with powder residue everywhere. For the prices that you’re charging you should do a decent job at the very least.

Loved my tech Natalie for dip. Did a great job with design and color I wanted. I’m usually very picky! Hannah was my tech for feet and also did an amazing job! She was very thorough and the paint job was great!

Nice establishment and the people are nice; however, I don’t like how the price changes every time. Sometimes you don’t get charged for something, the next time you get charged for three different things plus the base fee… I’m going to look around at other places that are more consistent with price and quality. Especially when the first time I went I paid extra for jewels on my nails and they came off the same week. This is close to my job but far from my house so I didn’t come back to get it fixed. I decided to give it another try, and ended up being overcharged for what I got considering my first experience ($70)… the pink and white nails cost less overall ($60+$30 for stones/design). Basically price changes with the nail technician smh.(These prices don’t include tips)

I just moved to the area and needed my nails done for my birthday. Me and my boyfriend went and received great service. He had a mani/pedi and I had a full powder set, eyebrows, a pedicure w/ gel polish. Everything turned out great. Will definitely return. Staff was nice. Salon was very clean. Temp checks and hand washing are required before service—which is great.

Clean environment and good customer service. They willingly accepted me 30 minutes before closing. The technician was friendly and confidently performed the nail service. The only reason I didn’t rate as a 5 was because the nail shaping wasn’t as natural as I’m accustomed to.
