Hands down the best place I’ve been to in Leesville to get my nails done! Lovely relaxing atmosphere, very clean, friendly staff, very prompt, and so courteous. Critical: Quality, ValueI recently went in to have an acrylic fill and a color change. Luckily there was no wait time, so credit where credit is due, but other than that I had a really poor experience. After removing my gel polish on my previous manicure, the nail tech who worked with me determines that it’s time for a new acrylic set and, without asking me, proceeds to tear my old acrylics off without even soaking my nails in acetone first. I should have stopped her there, because it was likely unsafe for me to put on a new set of acrylics after that, but I was in a time crunch so I needed to get back to work. Some of the acrylics she ripped off weren’t too bad, but quite a few of them hurt to take off and I could see redness underneath the natural nail that was left. To make matters worse, the tech didn’t ask if I wanted a new set of acrylics put on, she just did it without asking which added $30 to the price I was expecting to pay. Obviously I paid it and left a tip because I believe in tipping people for services they provide, but I was THOROUGHLY unhappy with how she did . The color wasn’t what. I thought it was going to look like either, but at the point where I noticed I didn’t have time for her to change the colors. That in itself isn’t the nail techs fault.
