I’ve been coming here on and off for years, and the service is always a bit hit or miss but today’s experience was very disappointing. The dip powder manicure was incredibly rushed while being worked on but spent majority of the 2.5 hours I was there just waiting to be seen. I can’t say I’ll never come here again but will definitely be on the hunt for a new salon.

The male owner is also funny and very nice. Great salon! Edit- came in on july 13th. I got a bad set but Tom took me in right away again and fixed it. I just left the shop feeling four out of five. I like this color though. Would have been nice if my nails were trimmed and filed properly. Next time will be better. My mother’s nails were done properly at least.

If I could rate negative, I would. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and since the original management has now left I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Walking in to my appointment a young lady helped me and told me where to be seated, very kind. However the new female owner walked over to start my service and did not greet me or have a consultation of any sort, red flag number one. She never asked what sort of pedicure I would like, had no pamphlet or booklet for me to look at. & When a client next to me asked where the original owner was she huffed and said, “somewhere.” Red flag number two. She was so busy micromanaging she left my pedicure at least five times, when someone would talk to their lady she would but in and say things like, “we don’t offer that.” Or “she will do that for you at the end now just sit there” I was appalled at not only how she kept leaving my pedicure to micromanage everything, even though her husband and her kids were running about in the salon, (they could have helped, or at least the husband) but how she talked to the clients as well. A few of whom i recognized from how frequently we come. Red flag number three. I could go on and on, but what made me get out of my chair and leave my pedicure with stuff on my feet, and my feet still wet; was the audacity this lady had to pick up a tool (that’s illegal to use might I add) that the lady next to her had JUST used and TRIED TO USE IT ON ME!!!! She walks to the sink, rinses it off and pats it dry with a paper towel. She walks over to me with the tool, and very clear as day skin from the lady’s feet next to me still on it. I said absolutely not, are you trying to use that on me???? She walks quickly back to the sink and rinses it again with just water. The man who I guess works there (not tom) comes over and says, “there’s a process don’t worry. These are clean. There’s a process.” I said where was the f*cking process?! What is the process??? Because I saw her with my own eyes. He tried to have me sit down and continue with the same lady, I said absolutely not. When I tried to tip her 10$ for the nips and cuts she gave me and little work she did do she told me “I don’t need that.” And I said, “perfect, because you don’t deserve it” And walked out. I will NEVER come back. Way to loose loyal customers! Every woman in there was already upset about their service whom were with the new people. I’ll be surprised if they don’t get shut down.
