Positive: Cleanliness, QualityIn my opinion, owner is NOT rude. She’s assertive and has a big personality. Very friendly, calls everyone “baby,” and is very proud of her work and employees. Very clean salon. Yes, usually busy, but thats a sign of quality work. People don’t flock to a business and keep it consistently booked up if the service is poor and of bad quality!! In my opinion, owner is NOT rude. She’s assertive and has a big personality. Very friendly, calls everyone “baby,” and is very proud of her work and employees. Very clean salon. Critical: ProfessionalismI waited an hour on nothing because I left after the owner was so rude and caused a small girl to cry after having the audacity to touch her when she was simply playing on a bench. Wasn’t bothering me or anybody in the salon that I could tell. How is a mom supposed to do anything when she’s getting a pedicure? It was blown out of proportion by the owner and so uncalled for. I felt bad for the family and just decided to leave. I waited an hour on nothing because I left after the owner was so rude and caused a small girl to cry after having the audacity to touch her when she was simply playing on a bench. Wasn’t bothering me or anybody in the salon that I could tell. How is a mom supposed to do anything when she’s getting a pedicure? It was blown out of proportion by the owner and so uncalled for. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe 1st time I got my nails done here, In 2 days they were all cracked. No I don’t have a hard job at all, I type on a computer and answer phones. Today I take my mom to an appointment that I scheduled last week and the lady said come back tomorrow.
