Critical: ProfessionalismMy first experience with the guy was great, he took his time and took well care of my hands and feet. The designs I choice came out well. I will rate him a 4.5. But when it was time to get my nails removed, the lady tht was removing it made it painful experience for me. She didn’t use no type of alcohol to remove it, instead she used the nail clippers to pull off the fake nails I had on. My thumb was bleeding and she refused to give me discount. She didn’t even take the time to make my nails look right nd took $30 from me. My first experience with the guy was great, he took his time and took well care of my hands and feet. The designs I choice came out well. I will rate him a 4.5. But when it was time to get my nails removed, the lady tht was removing it made it painful experience for me. I have found my pedicure spot. Earlier morning/afternoon wasn’t busy. Not a long wait. The man who did my pedicure. Amazing. I work on my feet and am ticklish and he got it done. I will most definitely will be returning.

Social distancing was not possible, way too many people who were not being serviced were in the shop. Nowhere to sit safely and to top it off after 2 hours of waiting I wasn’t even close to being serviced. I just kept being told a few minutes. Next time just tell the truth and I go elsewhere! Just HORRIBLE!

The lady put my bow on way too thick, added jewls I didn’t want, like it was honestly a quarter inch thick, it looked sloppy. She added silver sparkles to the end of my nails I didn’t ask for, she didn’t shape them right.. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed today. All she did was babble in Chinese the entire time. The ENTIRE time, at times I don’t even think she was talking to anyone. When I asked for a bow jewl, she got annoyed and called me a diva (which I’m far from, I had even just got off working a 12 hour night shift, and I hardly spoke, smiled the entire time and kept saying, please, thank you, and I’m sorry, when it was her messing up.) then she said something in Chinese along with “English are so annoying” right after calling me a diva. She was awful, and so, so rude. The only reason I’m even giving it a two star is because the other lady and the gentleman who did my pedicure were wonderful. I don’t usually leave reviews but if you do go here just be sure do get your nails done by the gentleman or the niceness lady with glasses, the other one is just really awful. I paid $90 just to have to go back to a different salon today. Never again.
