Probably THE WORST full nail set and PEDICURE I’ve EVER HAD!!! I had no idea you could get a PEDICURE in under 15 minutes. The PEDICURE station appeared so dirty (unwashed tubs and utensils) I literally came home and soaked my feet in vinegar praying I didn’t catch anything. My feet were initially put in freezing water and rushed. Most steps to a normal PEDICURE were ignored. I had to ask her several times to do my heals. The nails,… worse. Crocked, uneven, THICK and had horrible ridges. I came home heart sick at the total waste of money spent and will go to a different salon Monday to have the nails removed and replaced. I used to go here several years ago. It’s sad the service has gotten so poor.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Apple Nail & Spa!!! Lynn is the sweetest person I have ever dealt with in a nail salon. She gives amazing pedicures and her husband is magical at doing manicures!! I would recommend this place 100 times over!!

Worst service ever if I could give no stars I would but since I can’t. The technician did not listen to anything I ask for, I asked for dip I ended up with tips and acrylic I asked for short theyre we’re still too long and I felt extremely rushed being that I’m not a regular. Critical: QualityI’m highly disappointed of this Nail Salon. My Pedicure is kinda good but my Manicure is TRASH. I asked for the dip technique, I specifically said I did not want fake nails and wanted to use my own nails. The owner, I believe, said, that I had to get fake nails in order for me to do dip. I’ve never heard of that. I’m definitely not going back there, they always mess up my manicures. I’m highly disappointed of this Nail Salon. My Pedicure is kinda good but my Manicure is TRASH. I asked for the dip technique, I specifically said I did not want fake nails and wanted to use my own nails. The owner, I believe, said, that I had to get fake nails in order for me to do dip. I’ve never heard of that. I’m definitely not going back there, they always mess up my manicures. This is the last chance and time I’m going to that place.

He cut me with the drill file on 2 fingers, and after having my nails for 2-3 days the were already coming off. I went to get my nails done by wi or qi (it’s pronounced wee), I don’t know how to spell his name. He is usually the one on the far end. He cut me with the drill file on 2 fingers, and after having my nails for 2-3 days the were already coming off. I also got a pedicure and the woman that helped me only scrubbed one of my feet with the Calais file. I won’t be returning to this salon.

I wont go back. I’ve been coming here for 6 months because it’s really close to my house. The 1st two times they did an okay job but have had to reshape them but they lasted 3 weeks. The 3rd and 4th time it was a little worse and they started popping off after 1 to 2 weeks..the LAST TIME they started popping off after FOUR DAYS. He almost refused to do my nails the length I wanted and did them way too thin. I get my nails done religiously Every month. I WILL NOT come here again. Instead I went to IVY NAILS on the North Loop and they did and AMAZING job!!! Almost PERFECT!! The atmosphere was awesome as well.
