Just had the worst salon experience in my life. I’m so upset at the treatment and quality. They didn’t ask anything just cut my feet nails so short that it hurts and skin is visible. My hand look like they’ve been tortured. They’re in pain and are all scratched up. I can’t believe this. I tried to talk to them but they’re were very arrogant and didn’t care at all. SMH

Incredible pedicure. I went there without an appointment and got the best pedicure. I asked for the Spa pedicure. They gave me a weighted heated neck pillow and small heated and weighted blanket while I got my pedicure done. I fell asleep with the massage chair on. Great attention to detail and great staff.

My friend and I tried this salon for the first time and the experience was absolutely horrendous. Some employees were extremely rude and seemed like they just wanted to rush to leave. They started doing my nails without even letting me pick a color and got aggravated when I asked them to paint over it with the color I chose. My friend wanted to get dip powder and once it hit 6:50pm she was told they COULD NOT BE FINISHED because they were closing at 7pm. I was charged way over priced and was cut and bleeding on multiple fingers. My friend left with clear tips glued on with no powder dip or color at all. Safe to say we will not be returning to this salon. I regret not looking at the reviews prior to our visit.

I just wanted to give major kudos to Apple Nail & Spa in Phoenixville as one of the best nail salons from the main line to Pville. I’ve had a lot of mani/pedis over the years, and they are far and away the best in the business. Owner Joy IS an absolute joy, and her staff members are so detailed and professional. The massages and other details (warm neck and leg pillows) are so appreciated. Yesterday, she gave me little half socks for my feet when I left because it was cold! 11/10 every single time. Thank you for all you do, Joy and team!

I was charged $55 (not incl tip) for an acrylic refill with gel polish!!! Really?!? And one week later it’s chipping off. Steer clear of this place! Not worth it!

The ladies at Apple Nail Salon are wonderful! You get a heated pad for around your neck and one for your lap. The massage chairs are the best I’ve ever been in. They take their time and treat you so special! I don’t go anywhere else. And then there is a neck massage as your nails dry!

Best nail salon inKimberton/Phoenixville. Might be a tad bit higher in $ but the extra attention is worth it. Can get busy so make an appointment. Mary did a nice job on my mani pedi.

Just had the best afternoon here. The staff were very sweet and welcoming. Spa pedicure included the full foot treatment as well as a wonderful hand and neck massage. We were late to our appointment and they were so patient. They took their time with all the services and I really felt the money was well spent.
