Critical: Quality, ValueUnfortunately my experience here was really bad. I came to get a refill of tips and dip and the woman I had was really horrible. She cut my ringer using the electric file, and when I asked for more of a coffin shape and to NOT have my nails any shorter she filed so much that my one finger on my left hand side was completely filed in and crooked(see attached pictures). All my nails were different sizes and shapes and of various thickness and the color was not at all what I asked for. I asked for a refill of what I already had which was an ombré French with dip powder(see attached last photo of what I came in with). I asked if she could correct the mistakes and the crooked nails and she said “no it takes too long we are closing soon.” I truly have never had a worse experience at a nail salon in my life.Service: ManicureUnfortunately my experience here was really bad.
