This place is a literal joke. Hadn’t planned on having my nails done while at the mall, but needed a manicure and wasn’t sure the next opportunity I’d have to get out. Plus, my regular salon is closed on Sunday. Stopped in for a spa pedicure & regular manicure without polish. There were so many issues it’s comical. Manicure looked/was half finished. After declaring manicure finished the nail tech spent more time giving herself a manicure than she had on mine. Actually had to pay for flips flops to wear out, which then turned the bottoms of my feet green. Only realized once I got home that the pedicure mask used was still on the back of both legs. Cannot believe my results, especially given the premium prices charged. Needless to say, I won’t return and do not recommend. Very clear that there is no pride in the quality of work or the appearance of the salon.

I’d take your business elsewhere. I went in to get a pedicure & while the paint job isn’t the worst, the service was lacking. No cuticle removal/push back, no callous removal, no fan for drying after so I had to sit in my car for a while to avoid smudging. They didnt remove the excess paint from my skin, didn’t shape my nails properly, & instead of choosing a new polish, they just added acetone to dried out polish. I basically could have done this pedicure myself & I think I just will next time. 2 stars for quick service.

Stopped by here to get pedicures for me and my 16 yr old daughter. What a joke! We told them we wanted the parafin wax, I got the wax my daughter did not. Charged us over $55 each for what was supposed to be $40. Nothing was done, other than the wax. My daughters feet sat in water till my mine were finished. The lady was only concerned with getting a tip. A man was sleeping on the couch next to us. Another employee was just yelling and walking around. Don’t go here! Never will we return.

I don’t leave bad reviews but this wasn’t a good experience. Other than quick in and out, the main artist smelled like body odor, my nails looked okay, not the best, they didn’t have sanitized equipment or files, and my finger tips are still sore from the skin trimming two weeks later.

You know I come here alot but after this past week I will no longer be coming back the unprofessional stuff that happens here alot lately I’ve come to realize they do NOT care about the customers…. I’ve been coming here for at least 4 years now but I will be finding somewhere else now I suggest that you all work on taking care of your customers more.

I woudn’t trust these negative reviews, I’ve always been here since beginning and everyone is so friendly, especially Lena, Linda and her mom, they all seems chill, nice and honest everytime I come in. They are precious, Lena and Linda can get my acrylic nail done quick everytime I come I here, they are also skilled in design stuff. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Don’t hesitate.
