No sure where are those good reviews are coming from? I showed the lady the pictures of the hair style I wanted (clean up , with some layers), she said she understand , she told us we were on the same page,then 30 minutes later, I walked out with a horrible cut. See the pictures! Is this a professional cut? I paid and tipped 18% anyway. But this is a horrible haircut ever!

When I moved to Arizona, finding a hairstylist was the hardest part of the move. So, when I moved back to Pittsburgh, I walked into Applause and made an appointment. Never saw Leigh before this. What a blessing she has been!!! Never had so many compliments! She is amazing. And the salon is warm and welcoming. Recently under new management, a lot of wonderful improvements to the decor. Prices are reasonable, atmosphere is great,. What more could I ask for than looking my best because of Applause!!!

Best salon EVER! Becky cut and colored my hair for the first time today and it was PERFECT. Just what I wanted and needed after being stuck inside for so long. The salon follows all safety regulations and is beautiful inside- so clean and everyone is professional. Top notch experience- would recommend to anyone. Will definitely be back!

She has changed locations; not the quality of the service and care she provides. Now she has her own shop. We are thrilled for her success and sad at the hard times for her now.
