The place is clean, but the atmosphere is awkward, it feels like no one wants you there. I had my eyebrows threaded and now I’m stuck with one decent eyebrow and one butchered one. They are completely uneven and even though I said “not thin” and had drawn on where I wanted the shape, the girl from the front desk gave me shoestring eyebrows, and UNEVEN ones at that. She also cut me, so I have a little scar on my eye lid too. I did not get a refund and didn’t tip. I’d never go back, they have terrible threading skill and mediocre customer service.
