Amy did my nails today and they came out beautifully!!! She took her time and made great conversation with me. I felt very comfortable with Amy and all of the other sweet techs!! I will definitely be coming back as long as I live in Boone. If you ever need your nails done go see Amy!!! If you are ever worried about cleanliness and respect you do NOT have to worry about those thing at Appalachian nails & co! All of the technicians are very sweet and kind as well as keeping everything clean! I LOVED them! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!!!! :))

I haven’t had my nails done in Boone since 2019 so I’ve been pretty skeptical about where to go for sns and I heard good things about Appalachian nails (and I had a coupon so why not). Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve been to this shop three times. The first time was great, the second time I had to wait over 30 mins past my appointment time, the third time was a mess. The man who did my pedicure kept asking if I was going to leave a bad review. It was really weird and uncomfortable. The man who did my manicure filed the surface of my nail down with a tool and was too aggressive cutting cuticles. My hands were left bloody and now two months later I’m still left with weird ridges in my nails. I called to talk to the manager and was told someone would call back and they never did.I’ve been to this shop three times. I’ve been to this shop three times. The first time was great, the second time I had to wait over 30 mins past my appointment time, the third time was a mess. The man who did my pedicure kept asking if I was going to leave a bad review. It was really weird and uncomfortable. Appointment was at 10 am yesterday, great salon atmosphere and loved my pedicure. I do not like my nails, I still tipped well. Some are uneven and not the square shaped I asked for.
