I suffer from chronic muscle tightness, sore joints, and inflammation and Stephanie is pretty much the best thing that has ever happened to me in relation to all of that! If I need a more relaxing massage, she knows exactly what to do, and if I need someone to really beat the heck out of my muscles to loosen them up she has the strength and endurance to do it! I’ve been to different massage therapists and the only one that has ever been able to compare to her sorceress skills is one of her instructors that she suggested to me when I injured my ankle. A highly skilled, strong, and humble person willing to suggest others she thinks highly of, makes Stephanie easily the best and most professionally skilled therapists I’ve ever come across and I plan on coming back for more for the foreseeable future!

I’ve had a lot of massages, and I’m picky, so when I say Bekah gave me the best massage I’ve had, that’s high praise! I felt like a new person after my session. Bekah is personable, empathetic, pays attention to what your body needs and how you respond and…I’m not even sure what more to say! It was just *chef’s kiss* perfection. Also, the atmosphere and vibe there was great – relaxing and quiet. So so so thankful to have Appalachian Integrative Bodywork and Massage right here in Jefferson City!
