My niece and I paid for an hour relaxation massage with hot stones. We were 6 minutes late because of an accident on the road we called to notify them. When we walked in the atmosphere was very nice and welcoming but we were then greeted abruptly by a women who escorted us to our room. She instructed us to begin our foot soak while we filled out forms to save time. She was cold and abrupt. Our massages therapists were nice. One of our therapists breathed very loudly the whole time and the massage was fast. We soaked our feet from 2:06 to approx 2:15. Our massage ended abruptly at 2:50. We didn’t even realize that it was over. We paid for an hour massage and only got a 35 minute massage. We questioned the shortened time to the receptionist and received an explanation that made no sense. She said the foot soak (which was not even in the package description that we paid for) is ten minutes and the message ends 5 min early. This response made no sense to us.

My husband and I had a couples massage and really enjoyed it! The tables are warming however thought the room temp was a bit too cool for my liking. Atmosphere was welcoming and staff were polite. I had a male masseuse who was very professional.

Very clean, massage room relaxing upon entering with aroma, lighting and sounds. Foot soak starts you off to a relieving massage, choice of scented lotions (eucalyptus my choice), I prefer the women masseuse over the one male employed there and they do offer couples massages, which I have experienced with my boyfriend, and they are very eye opening.

Massage itself was great! The foot soak was a little chilly and the heater/fan was extremely loud while I was getting massaged which kinda killed the relaxation vibe. It also blew right on me while it was running which made me a little chilly. That being said, it smelled awesome in there and I enjoyed the hot stones and the actual massage.

I had the lymphatic massage done and the therapist did a great job. Will definitely be back. Only thing is make sure you verify what the service entails as I was hoping for focus on the stomach area and that was not part of the general lymphatic massage. Will be beach to try the full body lymphatic for sure.
