The owner, Lindsay is my stylist and does amazing & quick work and her head assistant, Brooke always takes care of me. They are going above and beyond with Covid-19 precautions and regulations as well! The manager/receptionist is very kind and knowledgeable about everyones services in the salon & all the stylists make it a point to get to know you! The salon is beautiful, very clean & offers a relaxing and eye-catching atmosphere. The staff is professional and treats you as if you’re a close friend, always offering to get you something or asking if they can do something to make your visit even better. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’d like to start by saying I lost my mom due to Covid 19 this past May so I have been taking this virus very seriously . In fact, I don’t leave my house other than for groceries or Dr appointments .I have been a client of theirs for years and love them but I just couldn’t take the chance being around others .My stylist Veronica ( whom I love and has been doing my hair for 11 years ) insisted that all of the necessary safety precautions are taken and that they take it very seriously .I just had my hair done and I can say unequivocally, that Lindsay (the owner) is very pro active, committed and determined to see to it that all precautions are taken to ensure all of her clients feel and ARE safe.First of all the salon is open and airy to begin with but it is impeccable and there are all the requisite supplies all over the salon.She has a sign in sheet and tracking sheet so if someone gets sick she can quickly notify appropriate parties.What impressed me the most was after a client signed in ( saying she hadn’t been anyplace ) Lindsay heard her talking saying something very different !Lindsay quickly took charge of the situation and made it crystal clear this was unacceptable in her salon!I suffer from Auto immune disease. Veronica and Lindsay made sure the ONLY other client in the salon at the same time (far enough away from me ) also has auto immune so she had the two of us there .I was so impressed with how thoughtful and caring that was and I feel very safe and confident going now .
