What a terrible manicure. Tracy did my manicure and honestly, my two week old manicure looked better than this. The application was thick and uneven. No two nails had the same shape or length. The ladies here are more interested in having conversations on the phone and with each other. Their constant chatter back and forth makes for anything but a pleasant experience.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went in this afternoon to get a full set and walked out crying. Previously I have visited this salon and had wonderful experiences but today when the woman was removing my old acrylic nails I felt a lot of pain and kept moving my hands away. She kept forcefully removing them and at one point I felt like my entire nail was going to come off had I not moved my hands away. When she was done removing them I looked down at my left hand and saw blood on a few fingers. They were in no condition to get a new set so I asked her to not do a new set and that would be all. Previously I have visited this salon and had wonderful experiences but today when the woman was removing my old acrylic nails I felt a lot of pain and kept moving my hands away. I’ve been to this nail place about 3x’s now with my sister and niece, the service is outstanding, they are so professional and very clean. My gel polish has lasted this last time almost a month, no chipping. The price is a little high, but not complaining. You truly do get what you pay for. Best place I’ve ever been to so far! My sister and niece love it also, it is our new permanent place!!

I have been come to them for 3months and i have never had a real problem until now. I have to return 3 time for them to fix my nail and the nail tech first blame the gel nail polish but that wasnt it ,then she try to say it was me because Im to rough on my nail. No cuz I have been get nail done for years and I have never had this problem ever. I requested my money back and they said no. only offer to fix it all 3 time but try to blame me that his nail tech donesnt know how to do the correct way to do nails. I had gone to another tech there and when she did it. it didnt come off. so?? i will not reccommed this salon again and will not be returning here. I walked-in today. I was greeted promptly and Whitney was assigned to meShe removed my old get nails and created coffin style, ombre gel nails. These are literally the nicest set of nails I have ever had. She was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend her. Thanks Whitney! Tony was busy so another gentleman did my nails. I asked for square shaped nails. The picture listed below is what my inspiration was and what I wanted as far as the shape goes. However that is not what I got. This has been by far my worst experience at any nail salon. Not only did my nails not come out nothing like wanted, my finger are cut up! I had to come here for an emergency since I had a party the day before. I couldn’t go to my usual place so i decided to choose apollo. I was fairly nervous since this was the first time i get my nails done else where… however when i entered the salon i was satisfied with the clean environment. the salon is huge and looks well kept. The man at the front desk was kind and welcoming. Therefore, i had no issue with customer service, rather i found an issue with the quality. The lady who did my nails did a great job giving me a french tip with dipping powder. However within less than two weeks, the dip chipped and eventually my [natural] nail broke. I definitely expected it to last longer, but again i had my doubts when i noticed she only added two layers of dip. Because I arrived to the salon one hour before closing, the girl who did my nails seemed to be rushing to be able to get home quicker. i wouldn’t come again to get dip done, unless i really needed to. genuinely disappointed…
