it was my first time at apex nails and it was such an amazing experience. the atmosphere was so nice and it was so clean in there. i’ve been to 4 different nail salons in oxford and none of them have compared to apex. great price for some great nails. she took her time and was super sweet and made my dip nails look amazing i already made my next appointment

Absolutely loved! It was recommended to me by friends when I asked where the best place was in Oxford. Lisa was so sweet and even though I didn’t expect my design to be exactly like the picture, it was almost identical. Can’t wait to come back in the future for more fun designs! Had my wedding nails done at Alpha Nails and couldn’t have been happier with how they turned out! Ended up doing a “trial” run with Vincent about a month before my wedding (photo on left) and then had them redone by Vincent right before my big day. This is a dip/powder manicure with design. I received endless compliments on my Christmas-wedding nails and I’m so happy they’ll be documented in my wedding photos forever. My mother and sister in law also got mani/pedis and were very happy with their services and techs.

I got my nails done from Apex nails several weeks ago and getting seen was very difficult because they would not allow me to schedule an appointment because they were booked 2+ weeks out. They said they would only take walk-ins at 10 AM. I managed to get seen as a walk in after getting turned away several times and got my nails done and I absolutely loved them! but stupidly forgot to make a future appointment and they didn’t encourage or advise me to. I have tried several times to get my nails filled and they have refused to see me, every single time the girl at the front desk tells me they aren’t accepting walk-ins and come in at 10 AM or go somewhere else. I came in at 2:30 today pleading with them because my nails hurt SO BAD I’m in SO MUCH pain because my nails have grown out so much. Instead of trying to fill me in or try to help me get an appointment she told me to go somewhere else.

finally someone in this town who can do dip powder! vincent did an amazing job on my dip with tips and jasmine did a great job on my pedicure as well. they were both friendly and easy to talk to, and vincent was very knowledgeable about the dip powder i was using (i brought my own.) i will definitely be returning and asking for them both.

Everyone here is very nice and my nails look amazing. I love the color. My only complaint is my heels were not done well. That was my number one reason for coming. I read on a previous review before coming with the same issue. And the response back was they didn’t get the correct pedi package. So I got the Apex pedi. But I still received the same result. But that would be my only complaint. I will come back again. The overall experience was great.
