I had frequented this establishment many times over the years; however, I walked and stood at the front desk to make an appointment for a Pedi. The owner was sitting right by the desk working on a ladies’s manicure. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged by an employee. He looked up at me, said nothing and continued to do what he was doing. I continued to stand… waiting. I ended up walking out and not going back. Rude…. could have said someone will be with you shortly. I was totally ignored.

They extort tips,by saying you have a lot of cuticles. Never in my life I had a such low ethic on pedicure procedure,like twice in this place. I would think,something is wrong with my feet,if I wouldn’t do pedicure every 20-30 days. And I herd an other girl saying the same to other lady . This is just a manner they have in this particular place to show you ( literally! ” look at this,lady look at your feet!!!)how hard is the job and make you feel guilty and give a higher tip.

I was there today for a pedicure and waxing.ginny is the lady who has done me the last 3 times. She does a good job and let’s u relax and enjoy it dosent spend her time talking I highly recommend her I will be seeing her every 6 weeks.
