I used to love this place. Would often go once to twice a week. But it seems like over the last few years, the knowledge/quality in staff has drastically decreased. Initially it was one, once in a while that was bad. Then that increased drastically to half and half… and now, the last 10 times I have been there, they were not good. They have been using ONLY forearms and elbows to massage. The WHOLE time. You can ask them to ease up once or twice but when you have to explain to them not to use their elbows…digging into your bones… for the entire time…. it seems to be more of a location issue. I cant imagine many people if any can bare elbow bones digging into their back bones, enjoy it. It’s been barely a relief anymore…. and more of a bracing myself through it lately. So I give up and will have to go elsewhere now.

Very disappointing experience for the first time after coming here for years. Sneaky staff that will try to guilt you into paying more $ compared to what you are expected to pay. I have been a loyal customer and never the one to submit a negative review. Usually, everyone here is professional. I know from coming here all the time, the place is a preferred cash business, which I respect. I go on the website and notice it’s stated a $39 for 60 min foot reflexology as it has been for a while. I arrive with a cash amount of $50 as always. $40 to pay at the counter and $10 tip. After the massage, I get asked to pay $45 and ended up leaving me with $5 to tip. The lady at the counter then “requested” I pay a $10 tip. All I had was $5 and was asked to give

I got the best massage at apex. The place is also very clean and classy. However, the workers are awful. The lady at the counter would not give me the man I asked for until I agreed to a big tip. She repeated big tip big tip several times. Then after the massage I gave KEVIN 15 dollar tip for the hour, and he cursed me out and said go to China dont come see me again. Michael was not that different demanding a big tip as well. I would have rated this place five stars if not for the very rude staff. If I may add the owner responded that he will investigate the issue, and when I returned Kevin still demanded a big tip, again I gave him 15 dollars for the hour and he ran out of the room all angry until the guy at the counter told me the tip is to little just add 5 more dollars. Please tell the staff to stop making the customers feel like trash.

I have been to this place a number of time and have had amazing experiences every single time I go. They go out of their way to relax you – the massage techniques are all fantastic for relieving my cramped up tired feet and legs. I am a full time bartender and server,I am on my feet all of the time and walking at least 7 miles on a slow day. This place is an absolute god send. Try it and you’ll love it too.

Wow, this place is amazing. Where can you get a quality one hour foot reflexology with mini body massage utilizing essential oils and finished off with hot stones. A warm eye mask is placed all while seated in fluffy recliners for the price of $39 plus tip(always recommend $10+ for tips). My favorite person so far was Jason, strong massage pressure but not too hard.

Staff were friendly, professional and respectful. Establishment is clean, quiet and zen. Foot reflexology was very good. I upgraded my back massage from 30 min to 1 hr for a $30 extra fee. I would definitely go back again. I left very relaxed.
