If you prefer deep tissue massages, the ashiatsu massage can’t be beat. I also loved the Stretch Therapy classes – they helped me immensely with workout recovery, injury rehab from a lower back issue, and general range of motion improvement. Judy is awesome!

Have been going to Judy @ Apex for 10 years now about once per month. I stayed with her for all 3 of my pregnancies as well. Maybe once a year I go to a spa or elsewhere and am always disappointed. Nobody gives a massage like Judy. I hate to give her such a good review bc I don’t want her to get too busy, but she seriously is the best and knows what my body needs.
