WORST NAIL SALON IN SAN JOSE. I came here for a simple manicure and pedicure. I used yelp to make an appt at 1pm. I got to the nail shop at 12:50pm and did not get started until 1:25pm. I also stated I had an appt at 1pm, No one said anything to me until I asked if someone was going to help me as I had been waiting for 20+ minutes.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI visited this salon a month ago and it’s incredibly clean and the workers make sure that they sanitize in front of you. I had my nails done by Lisa and she made it such a great experience. I rarely get my nails done so this was a special treat to myself with all the crazy things going on in 2020. Lisa was incredibly gentle when filing my nails and cutting my cuticles. She always checked and made sure she wasn’t hurting me which I appreciated because I have definitely had a lot of bad experiences at other salons. She recommended that I do the dip powder and it turned out beautiful! She made sure that my nails looked good and double checked her work with every step. I would definitely come back just for Lisa because it’s rare to find a nail tech who is as gentle and meticulous as her – most people just try to rush you out. Worst manicure ever, do not waste your time or money here. I read the reviews before coming and thought they would do a great job. Turns out the owner is on vacation, lots of people walked out being that she wasn’t there. That was my time to run but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Phi did my gel dipped manicure and cut my nails when I did not ask, mind you my nails were pretty long and he offered to fix by putting an acrylic nail. Hello the point of getting gel dipped is to avoid all that fake stuff. Again do not come here.
