Critical: Punctuality, ValueI was not happy with the pedicure I received. I made an appointment was early and still had to wait beyond the appointment time. I was not greeted warmly as a new customer. They looked disappointed when I selected the basic pedicure. The nails looked fine but my heels were not done properly. Had to work on them when I got home. The acrylic nails I got were fine but they told me I should do gel nails and that no one does acrylic anymore. They didn’t even thank me for the business. I was not happy with the pedicure I received. I made an appointment was early and still had to wait beyond the appointment time. I was not greeted warmly as a new customer. The Ladies who work here are very good. There’s nothing more relaxing than a good pedicure and manicure. Pedicures start with a good soak in a sanitary foot bath and you even get a leg rub. Then, you have your the manicure of your choice. The polish is very good and doesn’t start chipping in a few days. A good place to keep your nails looking nice!

I felt manipulated with the time. They told us 5 mins and got water for my mom and I and went back to what they were doing and didn’t get to us for probably about 20 minutes later. My water was cold and my moms water was so hot she couldn’t put her feet in and she can handle pretty hot water. Once the lady was done she just disappeared and I didn’t realize she was done with everything. I wasn’t impressed with the massaging of my feet or legs. I didn’t notice until after I left but my left big toe wasn’t even fully painted and I paid $15.00 extra for shellac. The price was also quite high.

Not only did they get me in on a Friday afternoon and stay late for me but I couldn’t have asked for a better job! I’ve been so let down by nail salons lately that Annie was a breath of fresh air.
