Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThey just wrong and grimy. I’m a loyal customer and always come for my pedicures and I’ve gotten 2 manicures by them. When you get a gel pedicure they do this thing where they file the top after the gel polish is already sealed so it can lift and chip. That’s messed up. I got a manicure from the guy/owner .. it was a fill in but I needed 3 nails fixed. The nails that needed to be fixed were hanging and hurt really bad. I told him I needed a soak off but he didn’t give me one. I ask more than ones but he simply ignored me and glued the hanging nails down. I just took them off the other day and it was green fungus on my real nail. If he soaked it off like I asked I wouldn’t have a finger infection right now. Also, I asked for regular polish but he forced me to get gel. He then voluntarily gave himself a $5 tip and took $5 more dollars out of my account then he said. The old lady and man are also very ruff. I hate that salon, I only go because I’m 16 and it’s walking distance.Services: Manicure, PedicureThey just wrong and grimy. They just wrong and grimy. I’m a loyal customer and always come for my pedicures and I’ve gotten 2 manicures by them. When you get a gel pedicure they do this thing where they file the top after the gel polish is already sealed so it can lift and chip. That’s messed up. I didn’t like the service the first time but because I’m from out of town and it’s closest to my brothers house I decided to give it another try and the man that sits closest to the door did my nails again. And once again he was extremely rude, he cursed at me and was just extremely nasty. So much that I decided to not even get my pedicure done by him. This is my second time going to this salon. I didn’t like the service the first time but because I’m from out of town and it’s closest to my brothers house I decided to give it another try and the man that sits closest to the door did my nails again. And once again he was extremely rude, he cursed at me and was just extremely nasty. So much that I decided to not even get my pedicure done by him.
