That woman is rude, she acts as if you owe her something, when you go in there to ask her a question pertaining to doing your hair, she acts as if she’s not interested in providing the service that she’s listed as, and that’s a braid shop. I wouldn’t give a dime of my hard earned money. It’s a tight not so clean shop. So she should be more pleasant. Besides their everywhere.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I took my daughter here for braids. She gave me Tome and then took someone at the same time and told me it was only 6 braids ahe had to do. 2 and 1/2 hours laster I took my daughter to a different braiding shop and she was still working on the 6 braids. Unprofessional

The owner did my hair. I told her I was tender headed and she completely catered to me. My hair came out beautiful and a week later it looks as if I just got it done.

Honestly. Hair braiding is never fun but at least they keep the prices fair/consistent and will try their best to accommodate. Unlike mimi hair braiding down the street!They just need more girls. I didn’t have a lot of time so I couldn’t wait at lady L And BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE!

My first experience at Lady L African Hair braiding was great. They worked on m micro braids until one am. I would recommend this salon to any-one. The braiders were polite and did a great job. These braids hurt a lot. they used about 3 to 4 people to do my hair .it took about 6 hours and I cried afterwards. They had me pay up front before they started braiding my hair and it was done way tighter than I’m used to. My scalp is not usually sensitive but this time was more pain than I could take I would not recommend them.
