No longer Being silent
I understand during the holidays it is busy, however I think that inability to complete my daughters hair in a timely manner was complete unprofessionalism. Not only did we not get the style we requested but she but it was a sloppy job hair was left out of braids, natural hair not tucked and not braided down far enough. She was on the phone and dancing inappropriately in front of my daughter instead of taking her job seriously. She was rude and unprofessional. She said some rude things about and in front of my daughter. Not to mention they are pricy and did not seem to have set prices. I will not be returning or recommending anyone to go here. I appreciate the owners apologies but it does not make up for this poor experience.

So I scheduled my appointment days in advanced to get my hair braided. I also called the day before to confirm my appointment. I come in (on time) to my appointment. I was told they are over booked. I have an event to go to (This review is the day before the event). My hair isn’t done and no one takes last minute clients. Do with what you will with this review. I’m highly upset and could literally spit so much fire right now.
