My first experience with this business and it will be my last. I was recommended to this place and I was sadly disappointed. The lady doing my hair was unprofessional and cut my hair unevenly and took a chunk of hair off and then tried to cover it. The lady rushed me out the door after she was done so again I wouldn’t notice. When I first approached the lady and her chair, she prompted me to sit and there was hair on the seat from the previous customer and I had to prompt her to clean it off. However I still gave her a chance. She didn’t brush my hair or washed it to get to know my hair better before cutting it. At the end of the appointment, I asked about styling it and she directed me to the back to do my own hair if I wanted to. pictures say a thousands words and I wish I can post a picture on here to show you. I cried and I learned you get what you pay for so the 12 bucks is not worth it. I went back for a refund and to show her what she did ( so maybe she could learn from this mistake) and the lady was rude and wouldn’t admit to her mistake. she was pushing blame and she didn’t even notice what she did in person till I showed her the picture I took at home after I shower and was styling my hair. she wanted to fix it but after my experience with her I didn’t trust her. this business is not worth the one star I gave them. I would think twice before entering this business for a haircut.
