I love Lee & Anvy Nails! Every time I leave, I’m always so pleased with my nails. I definitely recommend making an appointment though, because it does get busy during the afternoon and night and often they are staffed occording to appointments so walk-ins usually have a wait. I also want to comment that it’s not the fanciest or cleanist enviroment but their tools are clean and I’ve never had a problem there. Their prices are really reasonable and good too for the skill and talented work they do. Definitely a great place if you are mainly interested in your end result. They are talented and definitely priced well!

I will not return. The place didn’t look sanitary. Floors were dirty, tables were dusty from filing previous customer’s nails. The sink for the pedicure had caked up dirt on it. I had to get my nails done in a pinch and literally prayed that I wouldn’t catch anything. They had patrons that seemed to not be bothered so I thought is was just me. The manager seemed nice and price was fair. If these things don’t bother you, go for it, but for me it’s about the experience and I was too grossed out. Nails weren’t good either. I had gel manicure and it had bubbles in it. I was telling the woman and she kept applying more polish on top instead of trying to remove the bubble. I had enough so I let her finish, paid and left to not return.

I love this place. Always clean and professional. You never hear them speaking other languages as if they are talking about you. They are client focused. I always leave happy. I normally get gel polish and it would last a month or more if I didn’t have the new growth. It has never chipped or faded. I always make an appt and have never waited more than 5 min.

Definitely recommending appointments. Went and got my nails just the way I wanted. The tech took her time and made sure I liked my nails. Gave her a nice tip, the prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend to anyone.

This was hands down THE worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I called at 1:00pm to schedule an appointment, and ask if they would be busy, because I would be pressed for time. The woman on the phone told me that I could schedule my appointment for 5:45pm. I rushed from work to get there to see only 3 nail techs, all of whom were busy. No one greeted me at the door and I mentioned to the first person who looked my way that I had an appointment. 10 minutes after my appointment time, I was still waiting until another woman came and asked me to soak my nails in acetone. 30 minutes later I was still soaking my nails, while the techs took care of other customers, some of whom came after me. After another 10 minutes and clean nails, I got up and washed my hands indicating that I could no longer wait. One of the techs then rudely and unapologetically explained to me I had to pay $5, which I did not agree with because I technically did not receive any services from the shop. I paid the $5 reluctantly, but would never go back again.

The place is not clean and I will not go back. One of the technicians claimed she knew how to do SNS nails. She did a horrible job and my nails are uneven. The tech was constantly walking away and spent more time on a personal call. It was a rush job as the other customer looked at my nails and saw that it was sloppily done. I only went to this spot as my tech is on vacation. Will go back to my spot. Even though the price for SNS nails was cheap not worth poor customer service.
