I have received regular massage for 9 years. Hundreds of massages and many many therapists. When I tell you that Nickie was an incredible therapist, I mean amazing. She incorporates breath work, stretching, fascia releasing and more. She’d target problem areas and you’d physically feel the muscle release. The facility smelt amazingly clean and the sheets like fresh linen. I didn’t feel like she was just filling the 90 minute massage she was rehabbing tension with a purpose. 13/10 recommend.

Amazing massage, they are really good at massaging out problem areas where I hold stress and have had previous injuries. I have been to other places where they just can’t massage hard enough to really reduce my pain and issues, that is not a problem here. It is a nice relaxed atmosphere with very nice and respectful LMTs. I highly recommend!
