Critical: ValueTheir “policy” is no refunds!!! Even after they fried my healthy hair and tried to avoid me seeing it until they “bandaged” the damage with color. I had long black hair that is now the red i specifically said i do not like and now i have short hair that’s fried after 425 dollars and 100-150 dollars in products after to treat my hair not to mention the color correction consultation and treatment coming i’ve had to set up with a color specialist to see if it’s repairable without having to cut it all off! I am completely devastated!!! It will take years to get my hair back that long again. And all they wanted to do was keep my money and let me come in and get a different color and a deep conditioning. So yeah looks can be deceiving and referrals won’t always be as good of an experience for you as it was for ONE other person you know.
