It was absolutely horrible experience. Farah did the opposite of I asked her to do. My request wasn’t complicated, I asked for all over brown color and lighter ends ( “balayage” ) Instead, she gave me highlights from the 80’s all the way from the roots! In was in tears! After I reminded her that it wasn’t what I asked her to do, she started blaming me for not being specific and told me eventually that I wasted Her time!!! I spent 4 hours at that salon! Who wasted whose time and HOW specific do I need to be with a hair stylist who knows her job! Apparently it’s not the case with Farah. Someone like her shouldn’t even touch people’s hair! I still gave her a good tip and instead of an apology, she told me that I wasted her time and wanted to charge me money for correcting her mistake!!!!

This was my first time at Antoine Salon and I give it 5 stars! I was fortunate enough to have Antoine the owner of the salon do my hair. I got highlights and a cut and I have never had a better experience. From the receptionist to the staff and the owner I was treated so great! I would recommend this salon to everyone I know! This salon is more than a hair salon. They have many other services, such as eyelash extensions (one of my favorites!). The staff is close to perfection! If you want to look beautiful for a glitzy night out, go to Antoine’s. Or, if you want to be shown how to look your best (in many different ways) so that YOU can successully do it yourself, go to Antoine’s. What else can I say? They are wonderful.
