The pictures speak for themselves. The last image is what I asked for. I spent three hours there and asked them to fix it numerous times. I spent a total of $93 for a pedicure and the set. I always come to Antibes because I usually have a good experience. The last few times I’ve left upset, but this last time will be the last time I ever try it again. The pictures speak for themselves. Critical: QualityOk so this is what I get for cheating on my nail salon. the fact that this place still tried to charge me full price for NOT fully removing my acrylic (which is what I went in for) and cutting my middle finger on the skin. I received no apology, there was no one else in there so they weren’t busy. Worst pedicure, I paid for the shellac and you can see through the polish. One big toe is messy looking, she rushed through it since walkins came in, mind you I had an appt. Wont be going there again Pedicure

I have had Acrylic nails consistently for over 3 years. I know what can and cannot be done. I also know what to expect when I ask for a fill and a look based off of a photo. I have attached what I asked for and what I got. The gel color was not complete or dry when I left. The Technician whom did my nails filed so hard I was bleeding and did not paint the gel evenly causing bubbling. I could clearly see the large sign that read “no refunds at all no exceptions” so I knew better than to even mention I was less than satisfied. I only came here due to my schedule – I do have a regular nail salon I attend, they were simply closed so I thought I’d try this place out. It was a huge mistake and a huge waste of money.

Waste of money, my nails look actually CRAZY worst experience I had and I was cut. My nails are all different shapes and widths and then tried charging me an extra five dollars once he knew I wasn’t happy. You can see the powder under my sealed nails!!! I don’t even know how he even messed up this bad but save your money

OMG worst nail experience I ever had i wanted to try a new salon because my old one was not doing what I asked like they had been in the beginning when I first started to go regularly. So I tried this one and I should have walked out when I walked in the door there was only 2 workers and every nail desk had junk thrown all over the top. She told me to sit and asked me what I wanted. I showed her a picture of ombré coffin acrylic nails med length. After she filed my nails so hard she continued to do my nails. She was so rude and messy with the product. Some product got onto my skin and so she tried to file it off filing so hard she tore my skin. She also filed off my cuticles with the machine causing my fingers to bleed. I said ouch and complained about it hurting and she said it was because my nails were long (I got medium). I will not be returning to that place EVER I would not recommend it. If I would have came to read the reviews I would have known all of this ahead of time and would have never went. I also left with glue and product stuck all over my finger

Came in to get a fill and broken nail fixed. Was quick to be seen, however, it was by far the most painful experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. The lady kept cutting deep into my cuticles with the nail file (and automatic one as well) to where they were bleeding and ignored the blood oozing out. When it came to putting the polish on, it BURNED. She didn’t even cover the entire nail or put enough coats on. So please be sure to ask if you decide to get your nails done here. Overall, the salon is nice and holds a lot of potential, they simply need to step up their services and pay closer attention to details.

I feel like my pedicure was totally rushed, the lady came off as if she didn’t even want to take me as a customer. My polish wasn’t the color I wanted and it wasn’t even set up when I got home hours later! The lady that did my nails was almost as bad. She sat on the phone for 3 minutes before even acknowledging I had sat down! It was incredibly awkward. I love the set up of this salon. However I was not at all pleased with the customer service or the quality of my pedicure. I feel like my pedicure was totally rushed, the lady came off as if she didn’t even want to take me as a customer. I had never got a fill done in 22 min and they look HORRIBLE. She painted them in 3-4 min for both hands. They look like my four year did them. I’m going back to my normal nail salon to fix. This is sad.
