Vanessa Schack is the best barber I have ever known. She not only does an excellent job of cutting hair, but she always maintains a friendly and cheerful attitude with customers. Prior to meeting her, I used to get my hair cut once a month; now, I go to the Anthracite Barbershop every other week.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Took my son here after we saw a cut they had posted on their Facebook. They completely trashed my sons hair attempting to do the design that was on their Facebook . Not one barber told me that they could not do that kind of design anymore. I had to take him to another shop just to get it fixed. When I wrote a bad review on their Facebook, the owner, Greg Schack, proceeded to insult me on my looks by calling me ugly and a pig. Then made a post on his own Facebook page basically finding it funny that he insulted one of his customers! So not only do they suck at doing hair cuts but their customer service sucks as well as the owner! Save yourself the hassle and take your money elsewhere! I wish I could post pictures on here just to show how bad they screwed his hair up!
