Horrible experience! I got Cezanne hair smoothing treatment done on 12/01/22 at Antony’s Salon. Ingrid Paz, the hair stylist that did my hair, has terrible customer service skills. I was told the treatment promises to last from 3-5 months. After only one wash, my hair was as frizzy and wavy as it was before I got the treatment. I contacted the stylist and made her aware of the situation. She never acknowledged her mistake even after seeing the pictures. She got defensive and rude. I guess accountability, owning your mistakes and customer satisfaction are foreign concepts for some people. I spent $250 for a treatment that delivered mediocre results.

The salon is beautiful. The people that work there are all wonderful. Anthony is an amazing stylist and has created some of the best products I’ve ever used on my hair. They are completely going by all the new covid-19 rules and regulations. They’re all social distancing and wearing masks and being very clean and sanitizing everything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone as everyone here is amazing and all the hair that they do is incredible.

Excellent service, very friendly and professional staff. My stylist Anthony was incredibly informative from start to finish on my color, highlights and cut. He explained which products were used and what would work best for maintaining my hair. Must visit, you won’t be disappointed it’s the perfect place for your hair cut, color and styling needs. Anthony is a great professional stylist with many years of experience. Also his new shampoo and conditioner is amazing. Smells amazing and helps prevent further hair loss and is hydrating and repairing. I would recommend….also So I just tried Anthony Defalco Professional “Super Cool Shampoo”. I let it sit for 10 min and it made my hair this amazing silver color. My hair feels soft and has great shine Even with no conditioner in. I highly recommend it to get rid of unwanted yellow and brassy tones or to get your silver tones to sparkle.
