When my boys and I were looking for a new barber we decided to give Anthony’s Men’s Salon in Chagrin Falls a try. Kristen Czaplicki cut our hair that day and we keep going back to Kristen almost every month! She did a nice job of balancing my younger son’s desire to have short sides/hard part with long hair on top (not an easy look to cut well) and my older son and my desire for a more classic cut. As we’ve gotten to know Kristen, the conversations in the barber chair are always comfortable – she’s able to have a conversation with my 9 year old, my 12 year old and me no problem. She remembers how we like our haircut but always checks if there’s desired changes and finishes the cut with a warm towel and neck shave. On the rare occasion our appointment needs to change – Kristen contacts me directly to work through scheduling options and always finds a workable time. I’ve been to a lot of great barber shops. And for 35 dollars 2 different times I was not impressed. Not that these haircuts were particularly bad, but very little attention to detail. Rushed through in 10 min both time’s. Never offered drinks like other customers were both times. I actually had no idea they did that. I believe there is some great employees there with legitimate skill and customer service. The person on the phone said i should make sure to make an appointment to get the “full experience”. I mean it was best cuts quality experience honestly. Bottom line, I’ve payed 35 or less for a better haircut and service.

WOW! This place is amazing! The decor, the drinks they serve, the services and the staff are so above and beyond. My husband haircut is perfection and I just recently took my 4.5yr old there and holy moly! Cassie cut my son’s hair and while she was doing it was telling me about how children’s hairs grow and what style would look best for my son’s hair type (for now). Clearly the staff know a lot more than just a perfect hair cut!

This place is great, always great service, good cuts. Atmosphere is modern and clean. Prices are reasonable. Barbers are skilled and friendly. I get mine and my 11yo son cut here. would definitely recommend to anyone who is tired of the inconsistency going to a chain shop.
