Came in to get my hair touched up with a dark root and lighter ends. The woman I usually see wasn’t available so I decided to try someone new. She left the bleach in my hair for an hour while she was outside doing god knows what and absolutely FRIED IT. My ends were blue. Didn’t even give me the dark root like I asked for. Then I was charged $250 which is WAY more than I have ever been charged at this establishment for the same services and my hair is only chin length. I left in tears and will never go back since the woman I used to see no longer works here. It’s been almost a year and my hair is still crunchy. 🙁

I received a full head of highlights yesterday. I was both scared and excited. I did not want a drastic change as I was not ready for that. Maria gave me exactly the highlights I was looking for. It is the perfect color and the perfect amount of highlights. Once I went home and blew dry my hair I was very pleased with the results. I will be going back to Maria for all touch ups. I’ve recently found Anthony Vincent after my usual haircutter (at a major haircutting chain) was out sick for several weeks. It turned out to be a stroke of luck, as I’ve been very pleased with my first 2 haircuts at AV’s. Anthony listens to my directions and adds his own extensive experience to give a really nice cut. It looks good as soon as it’s cut (even without combing) and it keeps its shape for weeks, due to his cutting technique. He also makes my next appointment before I leave so I don’t wonder when that will be. He’s also very personable, and, the price is about the same as my last haircutter. The whole experience has been an upgrade for me and I look forward to going back again.

From the minute you step in the salon you are warmly greeted by the staff .They have a very welcoming atmosphere. Once I’m in the chair, I can relax and trust that my stylist will listen to my needs/wants with the highest professionalism. I see Maria for my color,cut and style.
