I’ve been going to Anthony Vince for my nails since 2018, they’re always so accommodating, professional and kind. Everyone I’ve gone to does a great job and pays attention to detail. Plus, I’ve felt safe and comfortable getting my nails done there throughout the pandemic and continue to go on a regular basis. Thanks for being such a great salon!

Critical: Quality, ValueAfter only one week my dip nail polish chipped and cracked so bad on my pinky nail it broke my natural nail down significantly. I called the salon to ask for a refund and they told me to go through corporate. When I reached out to the corporate for a refund they explained to me I would not receive a refund because I didn’t come back in within 7 days to get them fixed…..why would I go back to a place that blamed me for my nails looking the way they do after 1 week??. I am sad to leave a bad review because I’ve had such positive experiences with Tracy who is an amazing nail tech. Anthony Vince as a company is not doing what they should to maintain customers and provide the highest level of customer service. Absolutely ridiculous they wouldn’t offer me a refund for my service. After only one week my dip nail polish chipped and cracked so bad on my pinky nail it broke my natural nail down significantly. I called the salon to ask for a refund and they told me to go through corporate. Critical: QualityI’ve been here before for a pedicure and it was great. However, this time was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The technician said less than 10 words to me, in fact she was talking on the phone or to other employees the whole time. I intended to have a mimosa but was never offered anything to drink, but that’s the least of my concerns. I had to ask the technician to correct several little mistakes (crooked filing, and lumpy sides, missing powder on sides) and this is what I left with. She was rude when I asked her to correct a rough spot that was right in the middle of my thumb. She didn’t have me wash my hands, so when she “massaged” my hands she was just rubbing the residual nail dust all over my hands. Not what I expected and very disappointed. I didn’t want to wait for more corrections /have them redone because I’d already asked her to correct things several times and obviously this was sufficient in her eyes.Edit to add: one week and 4 of my nails are broken. I’ve been here before for a pedicure and it was great. However, this time was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The technician said less than 10 words to me, in fact she was talking on the phone or to other employees the whole time.
