This was my second visit at this location. I go to another kocation off Santa fe and never had a problem. I came to this location because it’s right by my house. My visit was October 17th and I wanted to have a self care day. I go to get a pedicure and acrylic fill. I choose the $50 pedicure which is 40-45 mins. It was barley 30 mins and how I know the timer on the chair I put for 30 mins and they nail tech finished before that. He didn’t clean under the nails and I had asked about doing my ingrown toe nail and he butchered my nail. Then waiting in the chair for 45 mins to get an acrylic fill. I asked the nail tech to do a little more acrylic on the tips to thicken it (told her if it’s 5-10 more ill pay) she didn’t even do that. When I checked out to pay my bill it was $98. I couldn’t figure out why, I was so upset. He tried to get the nail techs attention and ask what happened but I told the guy I am very upset and don’t want to stay any longer. I needed up going to another nail place for then to redo my acrylic fill. I don’t know if they were having any staff issues which I’m sure because everyone is. But it was a terrible self care day for me I left in tears.
