Critical: Punctuality, QualityUnfortunately, this was the worst experience i’ve ever had at a nail salon. a true nightmare. I called around 12:00 and made an appointment for 2:00 to get my acrylics removed and a gel manicure. I got there around 1:45 (15 minutes early) and was not even seated at a table until 2:15. I sat at the table for another 15 minutes waiting to be served (mind you i made an apt. for 2:00!!!! it was now 2:30!!!) Finally, a woman named Linda came out from the back. She began soaking and filing my acrylics. She was very aggressive with my hands, her fingernails were poking my fingers and she was bending my fingers really hard. (AGAIN, IVE GOTTEN MY NAILS DONE HUNDREDS OF TIMES, THIS WAS NOT NORMAL) After nearly all of the purple acrylic was gone, she kept using the electric file on my NATURAL NAILS. I made it very obvious that i was hurt and uncomfortable and she just kept pulling at my hands. I began shaking and freaking out because i didn’t know what to do!! this has never happened to me!! Nearly all of my nails are now pink, flimsy, and incredibly sensitive. At some point, she got up and went to grab something from the back. I then ran to AMAZING WOMAN at the front desk where I told her what happened and that I wished to leave. She allowed me to leave free of charge and informed Linda of what she did.
