I had a great first experience here… and will definitely be back. Everyone working was very friendly. One entitled client… not so much. But it was fine…every other client seemed to really enjoy their time there! It’s a nice space…they have a wine bar and a alot of available services…. the space was larger than I expected …some of the seats are a little outdated but it is overall very relaxing. Julie did my pedicure. She was very friendly, kind, conversational, and gave me a great result! Having a reservation is easier…just do it.

I feel bad giving such a low rating because they were so nice, but I’m disappointed with the quality of how these turned out. It took less than an hour to soak off my previous dip, cut/chape, do a cuticle clean up, and then do the dip powder. they aren’t shaped well, there are bubbles in the powder, the surface is uneven, the dip doesn’t reach my cuticle or is going on top of my cuticle on some, and the French tips don’t match. It felt like the whole thing was super rushed, plus I never got the cuticle hydration or massage

My friends and I spent the morning getting pedicures together and both myself and one friend who chose polish versus gel ended up with completely smeared toes hours after getting home (polish was applied at 10:30 and was smeared off after putting on tennis shoes at 1:30). I called to get reimbursed and was told they would speak to their manger and give me a call 20 minutes later. After 3 hours and no call back, I called them to ask again and they claimed to “not have a reimbursement policy.” As a full time working mom of two under two I rarely get time to do such things and I’m very disappointed that after being a repeat customer this was how I was treated. Each time I have gone to this salon the quality has gone down significantly. Not only is the staff very pushy about certain polish upgrades they want you to use, but upgrading services for pedicures without warning has been an issue as well.

My husband and I have been coming here for the past 2 years and it is amazing! The overall experience, staff, services they offer are phenomenal! Every person that I’ve had a pleasure of meeting while visiting for my dip/pedicure has been wonderful. There has never been one negative experience here! I know some are worried about cleanliness before going somewhere and you don’t have to worry about that I can assure you!

I usually do my own dip manicure at home, however every six months or so I like to go to a salon to get cuticle care and a dip. I’m very picky about how my nails are done. I saw Mark today and was very impressed with how efficient, yet accurate he was. The cuticle lines were clean and he evened out the shape of my nails beautifully. I took his card and will definitely be back to see him! It’s a bonus that this salon is about 5 minutes from my house too!

I’m a long time customer and have been very satisfied with the atmosphere, service, and staff to this point. I came in to get both a gel manicure and pedicure done before leaving for my trip and felt the entire time of my pedicure that the technician was trying to hurry up and end his shift (as he did leave immediately after my service.) Following this, about 4 days into my vacation, the gel pedicure started to chip and another day or so later completely peeled off. I called when I returned from my vacation and the supervisor told me it had been too long (1.5 weeks, though it started only 4 days in) and that I should have called during my vacation to resolve the matter. I absolutely feel that I was completely scammed out of $60 and will definitely be selecting a salon that stands behind its work in the future. If you’re spending the money and taking the time to invest in yourself or to do something kind for yourself, I believe it should be satisfactory and that management should be able to make these accommodations and exceptions to a simple policy. As a customer, I would hope to be valued at least this much.

Terrible experience. The manager stepped in to finish my manicure so that my tech could move on. To say she was unprofessional would be putting it nicely. Not only was she rude to me, but her gel technique leaves a lot to be desired. I left with bubbles in my polish and fingernails that were half filed. Complaining would’ve been useless as she was apparently the one I was complaining to. Since this appointment I have reached out by phone and email and have yet to receive a response. 6 days later I have chipping to go along with the bubbles in my paint.
