My last 2 experiences have been absolutely wonderful! They have not disappointed at all! They are always kind and willing to fill any requests. My nails have never looked better!

A friend and I just wanted to go for the experience, have a couple of drinks while we get our feet done. I will admit I’m super picky about my feet because I do take very good care of them. I know it was a busy Saturday but I was rushed from start to finish. My friend started about 10 minutes before me, and when my lady came over she never check the temperature or turned on the jets. When she finished up my pedicure, she didn’t even let me sit in the chair and wait for my toes to dry, while I was waiting on my friend to finish up. Yes she started before me and was finished after me. The picture is a day after my appointment.

My experience with this place was less than enjoyable. My daughter and I was greeted properly and seated to get our pedicures when the nail techs started speaking in their native tounge and laughing. My daughter’s nail tech got irritated when she changed the design request for her nails. My daughter is 5 years old. When I expressed my nail was filed slanted and tried to guide the nail tech on how to do it another nail tech came over to help them suggested I file it myself.then when he refused with a smile to file my nail properly I decided to pay for my daughter nail service and leave . With that decision came another nail tech raising her voice at me and stomping back and forth and I raised my voice as well. If that is not bad enough they stole $10, in my rage I failed to count my money. I forgive you all for your ignorance and bad service and my frustration and disturbing your establishment. It’s people like me who keep people like you relevant that is a fact. Your business may crumble if you all keep up that attitude. Just say when we are not wanted. I’m African American.

I hate to do this but if it’s not addressed then there wouldn’t be any change. The Tech was rude asking personal questions, made very rude comments made us very uncomfortable. He needs to be properly trained on how to socially approach people and be friendly, not aggressive and rush us in and out like cattle’s. He wouldn’t give us time to choose a color. He did a good job for the service we requested. However if it wasn’t for the awkward and rude comments he made, this review would have been higher.

This place seems to have really gone downhill. Their chairs look old, the ones we were in didn’t work as far as the massage features. The person doing the pedicures seemed rushed, and I didn’t get as much for the same pedicure as my sister sitting next to me from her pedicurist. I’ll be looking for another pedicure place. Pedicure

Great experience all 3 times I have visited. Staff is kind and welcoming. If you want to scroll your phone, they don’t force you to make small talk. Very clean, and professional. The technicians took their time, I didn’t feel rushed. At some places you can tell they will go quickly to get to the next person. They make sure you are happy with how your nails look. Will definitely be back!

Came in two hours before I needed to get son off bus for pedicure and dip on nails. Soaked my nails, did pedicure and then told me they had no one to do dip on nails?! Had to leave salon with nothing on nails! Then they acted as if this was my fault?! TERRIBLE SERVICE

First time here. Pros. Beautiful, well decorated, and clean salon. Cons. Manicure was mediocre. Employees keep yelling/speaking loudly to other employees nearby which was unprofessional and distracting. Nails were different lengths/shapes and my mani chipped within 2-3 days. The nail polishes were clumpy and old, so she kept thinning it out with acetone, and I think that’s why they chipped so quickly. I’d come back in a pinch but prefer to avoid.

Got my nails done (powder dip) on Sunday mid day, the woman hurt my skin several times with the buffer and filed my nails giving it the WRONG shape. She never asked me what shape I wanted she just assumed I wanted oval shaped nails. It’s been over 24 hours and my nails hurt, they’re so tender, it feels like I have fake nails. Hated this experience so much. It wasn’t worth the $43 + $5 tip. She left my hand with clear nail polish. It was a hot mess.
