I was in need of a new manicure and my normal salon couldn’t take me, so I found this salon online and they were able to get me and my sister in which was awesome! (I called on Thursday asking for a Saturday appointment) We we’re about 5 minutes early and they were welcoming and kind. The place was busy but clean. They took my sister first and I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes after my appointment time but it was not a huge deal. Lam was my nail tech and did a phenomenal job. The color I originally chose was out but she found a very similar color and I absolutely loved it. She was efficient but did a great job. I love how my nails turned out! I will say the price was very high considering I asked for short, oval. They said the length played a factor in the price so I went shorter but was charged a lot more than I wanted to pay. It was worth it but still very high.

Worst experience ever!! I asked for a soak off and full set. She did not soak off the old nails. She forced them off with clippers and another nail which hurt so bad I was in pain. Then I asked for a simple color on the tip which she said would be $80 which makes no sense at all. And so I asked for short nails, thinking they were cheaper, and I was so upset with my service I just asked for clear polish. My super short clear nails with take down of the old totaled $72. That’s a shame and I will never spend my money there again. Not to mention she didn’t shape my real nails before adding acrylic so it looks horrible. These are the worst nails ever. My go to nail place was closed and I am usually charged $70 for long nails with designs. This is unacceptable!

Went in on Saturday 8-27 with my (white) sister. She was charged $59 for longer almond nails and matte black color while I was charged $69 for shorter almond nails with a shimmery brown. No designs on either. We sat down, techs got right to work. Pulled out their nail cutters and cuticle cutters from a school tool box and proceeded to use the dirtiest nail file I’ve seen. My nails are crooked, they didn’t file underneath the nails so there is a lump of powder stuck underneath. On top of all that? It’s only been two days and it looks like I need a fill. All over I am incredibly disappointed and would not recommend this salon.

Louie made my first experience at this nail salon. He is hilarious and speaks really good english. If I could put 6 stars instead of 5 i would. Not only did he make my experience great but he also helped make my sister in laws experience great too.

This lady refused to do my fill and I had gotten the set done here 2wks prior. I have been getting nails done for 10 yrs and never had anyone deny me to get a fill. Very frustrating for them to tell me that ! And charging $10 for everything extra , definitely not a pleasant experience and won’t be coming back!

Had the best experience with Hank today. He went way out of his way to help get control over my highly calloused feet. He spent at least 45 minutes getting my feet back to a comfortable state before the pedicure even began. Highly recommend him and this salon! I’ll be coming back monthly.
