Went to this location for an acrylic full set. Their prices online do NOT match. Somehow ended up paying $60 for this. Was extremely rushed and you can see he left so much glue and residue under my nail. Have never had this happen out of my 10 years of getting acrylics. The tips do not even fit on my nails as you can see in the photos. There are also bubbles and inconsistencies on most of my nails. Looks like I could’ve done a better job at home. Won’t be visiting again.

I am not one to complain or leave a bad review but I couldn’t not say something about this. Went to get gel manicure and I definitely could have done a better job at home, that’s saying something.

Paid $80 for a fill…only to get this. Splotchy & uneven with a base that does not even come close to matching my original. I have never had pink and white ombré done with an airbrush and I 0/10 do not recommend. The nail tech convinced me that I would not be able to tell the difference but there are visible white dots not to mention the white overspray that is on my skin! Also for $80 I would expect cuticle oil to be put on my nails afterwards. Very disappointing service

Paul was fantastic. Showed me I had fungus growing under my acrylic nails. Gave me a good education about tips, acrylic nails and gel polish. Annie was lovely too

I have been here several times and liked their work. However this last time l came to visit the customer service experience was terrible. I drove 25 minutes to get there and I got there a little after 6. The owner said they were closed. I asked for a curdesy since l drove a little ways and he said no. Ok so they close at 8 and take their last customer at 6. Didn’t make since to me. I got the feeling he was being racist. I politely told him he lost a good customer and he reply l don’t need your business. I will never go back. They really get a zero for rate reviews.

Had a pedicure exactly two weeks ago and it’s already chipping. Next time I’ll pay a bit more to go somewhere nicer. My past pedicures from other places usually last a month.

First off, when my friend and I got there they told us five to ten minutes, we has to wait almost thirty! They didn’t have the color I wanted, so I had to ask for it. If I did my nails at home, they would have looked the same, and I would have saved money. It was a very nice looking salon, and everyone was extremely nice. But if you are looking to just have fun this is the place to go, but if you want good looking nails I would recommend finding somewhere else.

Annie was absolutely unhinged the entire hour she did my nails. It started with me telling her exactly what nail colors I would like to use (both from the new, displayed Anthony Vince collection) and her trying to tell me not to use the color I wanted because it wasn’t OPI, and that OPI is better and lasts longer, etc. First of all, this isn’t my first manicure. I know the different brands and how some are better (last longer) than others, but I told her what color I wanted and that should be that. It’s not hard. But she continued to essentially belittle the brand as well as myself for choosing this color (again, a color on their main front display) the entire time and made intermittent digging, inappropriate comments throughout. When I asked her to please do a third coat of the color (it’s opaque, but was showing sheer after her second coat, so I asked for a third, please) she got riled up and basically said I chose this brand and color and “I’ll do this favor for YOU. Okay I’ll do this favor for YOU. You want it like that, I’ll do that for YOU. It’ll come off in 8-10 days instead of two weeks if it was OPI, but I do it for YOU” with crazy unhinged eyes. It was honestly insane. My response was “isn’t that the idea? Aren’t I paying for a service? Why do you care what brand I chose, it shouldn’t affect you?”. She even said (three separate times) throughout the experience “maybe I should just not talk. I’ve been told just don’t talk. Maybe I just not talk” I wanted to say “Um, yeah, that would be GREAT” but I think I said a mildly more polite response. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I over tipped her just so I wouldn’t have to deal with her any longer waiting for change. She did not deserve it, or any-frankly- but I wanted it all to end. I’ve been coming to this location periodically since high school and I’m in my mid 30’s now. This was enough to deter me from EVER coming back. Please get this woman help if she needs it, or in the least- be aware of her behavior.

Love seeing Kim at Anthony Vince! Sometimes the “gatekeeper” as I call it can be a little off putting, it’s a struggle to get scheduled at times. But they usually can accommodate walk-ins with a minimal wait depending on what time you go. I’ve never waited more than 30minutes. It is important which tech you get, I’ve had some very expensive bad manicures/pedicures here but also have had some GREAT experiences, especially with Kim!

I go to Anthony Vince in Columbus at Easton and they are AMAZING there every time. I’m in town for work and called here. I was told they don’t do same day appointments so no problem. The man I talked to said to walk in but be there before 6. That’s the last one they can take. I leave early from work get there at 5:30 to be told they can’t/ won’t take me. Never coming here again
