The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. B, the gentleman who did my pedicure, is the bestnailtechnician I’ve ever had. He does things in his process that I’ve never seen any other technician do. The attention to detail was unmatched. He cared and took the time to make sure I was getting what I came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here. I left a happy customer.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis place was completely unprofessional. The staff was very unfriendly. The nails are a COMPLETE disappointment. I’ve had them done for maybe 2 weeks and they look awful. Not to mention that this place is supposed to be a luxury nail spa. Not worth the price. 100% would not recommend to anyone. I paid for the extended massage on my pedicure and ended up not even getting a massage at all, and the woman that gave me the pedicure continuously pointed and laughed at my feet which is unacceptable.Oh and to add, the salon called me 4 times after I left because they felt as if I didn’t tip enough. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, especially since I do not get mani/pedis often. I got a french gel manicure (clear base and white tips) and basic pedi. The stylist shaped my nails well, and i really like that the polish doesn’t look or feel gunky. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because when I got home, I noticed tiny black hairs/fibers in four of my nails. Not a huge deal, since they are quite unnoticeable unless I’m really studying them. It’s not worth my time to drive over there and have it corrected, but I probably wouldn’t get a french manicure with a clear base again. Overall though, I would recommend this place.

It was clean, that’s the first thing I looked for, cuz I ain’t playing with Ms. Rona. Everybody there was so nice and accommodating, they actually wanted to make and keep conversation with you while working on your feet or hands. It was my first time here…..AND I WAS THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED. It was clean, that’s the first thing I looked for, cuz I ain’t playing with Ms. Rona. Everybody there was so nice and accommodating, they actually wanted to make and keep conversation with you while working on your feet or hands. My friend and I had an appointment at 2:30 and we got in 15 minutes early for a Spa Pedicure with Gel polish. First time I have ever been there and was very impressed. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is very calming and clean. My nail tech who I think her name was Sim, (I apologize if I’m spelling it wrong) was absolutely amazing. She held a conversation with me the entire time, friendly, and you can tell she really does love her job. I know the services are timed and they stay very busy, but I’m appreciative that she took her time to make sure I enjoyed my service, and I did. I much prefer my tech to take their time anyways because we can tell when someone is rushing and my girl did phenomenal. Thank you to my nail tech for going above and beyond for me. I will definitely be coming back to see her and I look forward to my next pedicure!!

Let me start by saying Anthony Vince is my regular nail place i go to but this past Monday I went to another nail salon with my friend (this other location is her regular nail salon) to get our nails done because her wedding is this upcoming Friday. So that was a BIG mistake for me— they did me so dirty and I left heartbroken and angry they had done such a poor job. (Don’t worry the bride’s nails looked MUCH better than mine did so i’m not sure why mine were such a train-wreck but at least the bride left happy! But now I had to find time before Friday to fix the hot mess on my fingers)

Very friendly and helpful. I got a manicure and pedicure. I also got a gin and tonic which honestly they kinda messed up but they didn’t make it right. I think they knew though and offered not to charge me for it so that was nice. The customer service was superb and felt that I was treated very well and they cared. Definitely coming back again.
