I’m shocked that Anthony Vince’ Nail Spa -La Promenade Virginia Beach (Laskin) couldn’t do this super simple sunflower design (pictured) on my nails without saying I would need acrylic tips for them to do it, when my natural nails (pictured) are longer than the ones in the photo of what I wanted. (I paid to buff the old nail design off, and left) they just wanted to push acrylic tips to charge me more I guess? idk I left with nothing

While my nails were done beautifully I feel like I was heavily overcharged, I’ve been here multiple times and had been overcharged every time. Unfortunately I wanted to give them more chances at the expense of my bank account. Most recently I was charged $70 for simple purple nails that shouldn’t have been over $45-$50. The Anthony Vince in Landstown never overcharges me and I was surprised to still be overcharged here.

I have been getting dip powder manicures every 2 weeks for years- This was quite literally the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I nicely Asked for it to be fixed multiple times (the dip powder does not even cover my entire fingernails- they show through on the sides of several fingers). Instead of fixing the genuinely horrible job he did, the tech just tried to gaslight me and say they looked good and that I just “Don’t like dip powder” and should get shellac. They have horrible customer service- seriously do not risk wasting $60 here. The Chesapeake location is SIGNIFICANTLY better.

2 weeks ago I joined a wedding party for a basic pedicure. Was so disappointed. Have been getting pedicures for 30 years. Never have I ever not got a leg or foot massage. Also was told there would be a 15% discount. That never happened. At lunch afterwards we all talked about how no one got a message and how unfriendly everyone was. I will never return.
