Critical: QualityI had never had such a horrible experience like this one before. First of all every time i come here they usually do my pedicure first and this time she just sat me down to do my manicure, i asked her if i could do my pedicure first because i have to drive and i don’t want to mess it up she replied super rude saying i can’t wait 15 min? I told her no and she said she has a client after me so she can have someone do my pedicure and she will do my manicure at the same time, i felt super uncomfortable the whole time, she literally cut my thumb and when i told her i was bleeding she was like oh okay i will put alcohol on it and nothing else as i kept bleeding the whole time. I noticed my pinky had a brown mark on it and when i told her about it she said what mark i don’t see anything and proceeded to laugh and i showed her again and she completely just ignored me, the corners don’t even have the dip powder on them they just look horrible. i couldn’t wait to leave this place and wanted to cry in the moment. My pedicure is also messed up. It is not my fault they were rushing and she was super rough the whole time with me. The salon is big, beautiful, and very clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They accept walk-ins and offer the ability to book online, which many salons do not – both very convenient options. However, you’re paying luxury prices for average services. I’ve been here a few times for a gel manicure, each time with a different technician, and my gel polish always ends up chipping within a couple of days. Typically, it lasts me nearly 2 weeks. The polish is applied so thick! They do not give a hand/arm or quick back massage after the service like other salons do. The pedicures are nice and they have several options, but again, incredibly overpriced. I unfortunately will not be returning as I don’t feel I get what I paid for.

My husband and I have been going to this nail salon for two years now. It was great at first. Now it’s become a nightmare. I go with my husband to enjoy manicure / pedicure together. Yet, we’re separated constantly. This Saturday, the manager had the technician stop working on me to take some walk-in’s. Meanwhile, my husband is just about done. 20min later I get a different nail technician to work on my nails. The manager had an attitude because I asked over and over when was someone going to start my nails. I expect better service. My husband and I deserves better service. If we make appointments I expect them to honor our appointment. This happened more than once and now I’m done.

I came here to get my nails done with my mom and sister before my wedding. We all got manicures and pedicures and were able to sit in a row and still chat with each other. The service was great as well as thorough, it was relaxing and a good experience.

I brought my mom here to get pedicures today. We paid extra for the spa/lavender scrub. The lady rushes the whole thing, barely did the massage that I paid extra for. I’m writing this as a warning for eyelash/eyebrow tinting. The exterior & interior of this business are very nice (2 stars for that). Unfortunately, they should either not have eyebrow/eyelash tinting on the menu or they need to explain to customers that they only use one color- black. They do not color match. I have had both my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted many times in hair salons, so I suppose it’s partly my fault for trusting a nail salon. However, when a business looks nice, well maintained and is in the Promenade you expect them to know what they’re doing when they offer a service. I have a fair complexion and lighter brows/lashes so the tint should be matched to a few shades darker than a natural brow. Nope- I was shocked after they finished and handed me the mirror. Honestly, I wouldn’t even have minded the super black eyelashes that’s no big deal, but the eyebrows were dark black – on fair skin, light hair! It was almost funny because it was so bad. It was horrible and permanent until it wore off weeks later & even then it was still dark but not terrible. They tried scrubbing off the color and trying to wipe it off- didn’t work, just rubbed off my skin and made it red. Why on earth wouldn’t you tell a customer you only dye lashes & eyebrows black?? Please – if you are light blonde, brown, or a red head DO NOT get your eyebrows tinted here. I guess unless you want them to be super black. I looked scary for a full month until the color starting fading. I was embarrassed to leave my house! It’s sad when you leave a salon crying, feeling way worse than before you went in. I wish I had a picture to share, you’d get a good laugh.

Went here on sunday for a gel polish change on my toes, was taken in quickly even tho i had no appointment which was great! Took about 12-15 minutes to change the polish. What i was not expecting was the 41.00 charge to just paint my nails!!!!!! absolutely ridiculous.. as the average price is 20-25. Will not be back.. the prices are astronomical.

I have been going to anthony vince for around a year now, i have always loved it and even got my mom and sister to start going. recently i got my nails done, the lady who did them did not seem very happy and was kind of annoyed the whole time. 3 days later i already had 2 chips in my nails so i called to get them fixed. i showed up and was told my nails looked older than 3 days, i don’t know why i would lie just to get 2 nails fixed?? they did them anyway but got awful service, i left there with gel all over my fingers underneath the nail and they are a bit chunky. while the lady was fixing them other workers kept stopping by to look at my nails and would nod and say something as if they agreed that i was lying. Again don’t know why i’d go through the trouble if i was just going to be treated poorly anyway.
