I have started the massage membership and also cupping. I have chronic pain and no medicine or treatment has benefited me as much as these appointments. I have been reluctant in the past to let anyone work on sensitive parts of my body for fear or more pain and anxiety, but I gave it a chance and I am able to really have trust in the ladies that work on me at Anthony Johns. I can relax and know that they have amazing techniques and know what my body needs. Being able to schedule online works so well for me and my busy schedule. Today I had a cupping appointment and lost my hearing aid right before I went in. I was basically completely deaf and was so upset and embarrassed. Kimberly was able to communicate with me and I felt safe w her. I was going to ask her to help me with paying at the front desk, but I didn’t have to. She stayed with me and wrote questions down for me to get me through the paying process. I am very thankful that such a difficult appointment went so smoothly for me and that she was so sensitive to my needs.

Pedicure was amazing but getting my eyebrows waxed was a disaster as Maddy removed half my eyebrow by mistake so I’d definitely recommend the staff be extra cautious while doing that to prevent such accidents.

She started complaining right off the bat about how she was double booked and didn’t have time to do my pedi and manicure. She got up from the table twice to complain to someone in the back room. The last time she got up I left.I was made to pay for the pedicure because she offered to do it. Went to get a spa manicure. Not rly sure what the “spa” part was? Not very happy with how my nails came out or how long it took. Probably wouldn’t make another appointment, but I had a gift card this time. I’ve had other services from them that were great. Would not recommend for a manicure with nail art, it probably won’t come out how you want.
