Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI cannot recommend Anthony Garubo Salon enough. I have been coming here for over 17 years and have NEVER been disappointed. The staff is extremely professional, efficient, friendly, and create a fun atmosphere. Everyone does an amazing job- from the girls up front who always work with you to arrange your appointments, to the pro’s providing the services. Nick is the real deal- he is my hair stylist and makes every appointment so fun. He takes his time and really listens to what you are looking to get out of each session as well as putting in his professional opinion to make sure you come out looking like a million bucks. I can’t recommend him enough. I get asked by friends and family all the time who I go to- It’s always Nick. I cannot recommend Anthony Garubo Salon enough. I have been coming here for over 17 years and have NEVER been disappointed. The staff is extremely professional, efficient, friendly, and create a fun atmosphere. Everyone does an amazing job- from the girls up front who always work with you to arrange your appointments, to the pro’s providing the services. She taught my daughter the importance of haircare and just how to do it. She is patient and thinks through all the options before cutting and considers upkeep and maintenance and hair texture and styling and won’t be afraid to push back, even if your child is opinionated. She is patient and thinks through all the options before cutting and considers upkeep and maintenance and hair texture and styling and won’t be afraid to push back, even if your child is opinionated. Critical: ValueFront end staff was completely insensitive to my emergency situation not even acknowledging what I was going through.. just went straight to telling me that the policy is that they would have to charge me full price because I didn’t cancel 72 hours in advance (as if this wasn’t a clear emergency that I just explained to them) i felt like I was speaking to a robot instead of a human with good decency..although I had to find a way to make arrangements and force myself to go to the appointment as upset as I was, Rachelle definitely made up for the horrible experience that I had with the front end staff. She was so compassionate and attentive to my needs at that time and did what she needed to do to make sure she got me out of there in good timing so that I could go back to tending to my emergency. She was fast and her results were amazing for my long over due loc retie.
